Another win tonight. Santa has been good to the Canucks. :)

Oilers & Canucks played a very fast skating clean game.
Came down to goaltending or "hockey god break". ( deflection off skate or ... )
If Markstrom keeping playing at this high level he just may become #1 goalie & Miller #2.
Remember King Richard B. back in 80s.
In playoffs Canucks were being outshot.  Many times by 30 shots after subtraction yet they kept going deeper & getting into the final. Games were close but Islanders won 4 straight & got the Cup.  They had a powerhouse team till later the Oilers in coming years took over.

For those that missed our win tonight. http://video.mapleleafs.nhl.com/videocenter/console?catid=802&id=911950&lang=en

There won't be sequel because the Make Beliefs lost again. Everything is back to normal in Leaf Nation. Bernier surrendered 6 goals on 15 shots. Time to bring the paper bags out of the closet again. ;D

Canucks loss big time to LA Kings.
Or tonight's quake that really shook the building.
Both are "shocking".  :o
Media states the Canucks should just try to get a high draft pick.
In other words forget about getting into playoffs or any dreams of going far.
Injuries injuries & more injuries.
Plus hardly any goal scoring.
Maybe the Canucks brass can get some blood from Orr Wayne G. Phil Espo Bobby Hull Guy Lafleur,Mario etc & inject it into Vancouver players.
We gotta try something because "frankly" the Canucks look like a dead horse & the Leafs a race horse in comparison. The only thing the Leafs lack is a good stopper.
Looks like the Canucks kinda have lifted a white towel in the air.
Surrender. 5-0 to LA. Ouch.

One of the best games of the season tonight and of course we won it, a sad night for FA as the walls are tumbling down in Vancouver. ???

Was that the same Bernier of old?
Robot from Japan maybe.
When he plays for 60 minutes the Leafs will get a lot of pts.
Have to agree with Chris as it had to be one of the best team efforts.
Pens also played great & so too their goalie.
They deserved to get a pt at least.
Yep the walls are crashing in on the Canucks.
They remind me of 5 chickens that all got their heads cut off.
Moving about in every direction but never to the net.
Maybe somebody should read them the rules of the game.
" this thing is called a puck & ya try to put it inside the net with a tool called a hockey stick"  ;D

Hopefully the Canucks can build on this win.
Coach Willy had better get out his stick if the Canucks play any stinker games. Some players like rotten eggs can bring the whole team down by their lazy playing style. Reason: because they want an early exit & have long vacation.
Take teams like Chicago. They have the idea that winning is like their drug habit.
Players think that they can rest up after their 15-20 year career in hockey is over. Still lots of time to enjoy life.
Miller's injury is a blessing in disguise. Replacement looked comfortable in net & made lots of great saves.
Canucks really have to prove to the fans that they will bust their butts off & get results.
Did not the NHL Vancouver Millionaires win the Stanley Cup 80 years ago?
Guess Vancouver has a Stanley Cup win after all.  :)
