With coho starting to wind down in the coming weeks, when will the first Steelhead be 'caught' and reported?

Someone already reported a Steely caught in the Vedder 3-4 weeks ago. My earliest was in the last week of November in 2001

My earliest steely was Dec. 7, a couple of years ago.
Though, I saw a native fellow fisher land a steely in the Vedder, on a rod with a barbless hook, in the first week of September.
