Setting up blue foxes
« on: August 10, 2004, 10:40:05 PM »

Hey i just wanted to ask how to set up the weights for a blue fox because normally when i put those small weights that you clamp onto the line, my casting distance is greatly decreases. I know it's because it's too light so i was wondering what other heavier weights i could use for blue foxes to get a nice casting distance.

PS This is for river fishing typically capilano river mouth.

Most of the anglers use pencil lead approx. 1/2 - 1" and 3 - 4 ft. leader. Good luck.
