Filmed this tonight as there may be the odd person that may wish to take the time to view it.

 It soumds like the CO are going to put some effort onto tackling this and hand out some hefty fines.

 If you watch all the clips you will hear how they plan to tackle this increasing problem. Lets hope it works.
