Title: ~~~Fraser March 23rd.~~~
Post by: Randog on March 23, 2005, 05:02:36 PM
Took Lil' Randog out for a little Sturgeon action today, the Randojet was in the water by 12:00 and by 12:50 we had our one and only Sturg. on board. A smallie of around 4', a quick photo and off he swam. We boated around for a while then the Lil' Randog wasn't feeling so good so back to the launch we went. I'll try again tommorow.

BTW Eulachons were the ticket ;)

Moosefinder,

I'll be heading out again today. Been fishing the lower River around Douglas Island, Eulachons did the trick yesterday.

Good Luck ;D

Fished in the downpour yesterday and managed a 3ft.er and a 4ft.er same spot. When I arrived back at the launch there was a guy there that said he caught one over 6ft. wow! Stureon fishing is picking up!
