Fresh water license

anyone had trouble getting there license online

If you have more than one user logged in under the same angler number at the same time (trying to guide someone step by step from a different computer using same angler number), it will say "pending" if you go back to try to change something, at which point you won't be able to erase anything. You also won't be able to finish the payment, basically you'll be stuck. And if you go back to re-select basic license or conservation charge, it won't be available anymore in the dropdown menu. Both users will have to log out, and then only one person would have to re-log in and you should have everything back at zero and then reselect whatever you are getting again.

If you don't backtrack at any point and click "pay" while having two people logged in with same angler number, you will get an alert window that essentially says that charges or licenses "overlap" as it senses a double payment for one same thing.

when i got my license on sat. the site said that sundays they do upgrades so if your trying to buy a license you might have trouble... try again on monday and there will be no issues.

i went back home called the help line and she could not figure it out :-\
i just tried again now and same thing ??? it just says pending

could it be an issue with your credit card services? maybe a missing digit or wrong pin typo?

If you need it soon, just go to Army and Navy... old skool way:)

I went into army and navy to re-new all my stuff, but they still did the freshwater online, just like you would at home.

Yeah, your right but it's registered, 3rd party though, so that could make a difference...?

I called them up and got a message back saying that i must have used the back arrow as that screws things up
It is now fixed and I have my license ;D
just need my ribs to get better so i can get out there :-\
