Posted this over at BCFR,but will add it here.Found this in the Abby/Mission paper today...   ???  :o ???  :o ???  Big shiny #5-0 (maybe a treble) buried in there some where

Maybe it's a not so covert attempt to catch sports fishermen who are illegally catching salmon and selling them....
