There is till lots of pinks on the Vedder fished the last 2 days,they are still  in great shape.

This would be interesting to try for them in the lower river like the canal.

You will catch a lot of pink, pink don't work for pink any more, they been well educated, try some small coho fly, you might catch some coho after all.

Fly fishing in the lower canal I would suggest using a coho pattern as the fresher pinks or the more aggrressive fish will rise up to take it and the coho will also if they are passing through. Vary the presentation between casting upstream and retrieving or swing your fly as it travels downstream.
