Title: Light 6'6" Spinning Rod
Post by: typhoon on June 25, 2014, 01:09:20 PM
This one is a quick 'n dirty spinning rod for my brother that I finished in a week for my trip to Kamloops last week. It is mostly made of parts that I had lying around, though I'm happy with the results.

Mudhole MHx spinning blank 4-8lb
PacBay guides with 27x spacing
New salt and pepper burl cork that has an interesting texture when sanded with 1200 grit
Aero comfort reel seat
Black, purple, and metallic purple wraps
Variant of a DragonScale decorative wrap integrated into the folding hook keeper

Those aeroseats are my favourite, nice color choice!
