was out again today in Richmond from 2:30pm to 4:30 and it was even slower then yesterday.  not many risers just few.  I think it might be a commercial opening that isnt helping our cause from people fishing from shore.  Hopefully few more days and they will start to roll in thick

there is action picking up at the Mission bridge. Saw a few guys catching nice sized pinks today. Nothing for me though,  :'(   There were quite a few jumping and surfacing right in front of me.....Patience. Patience.

Fun afternoon from 3-6.

Landed 6 and lost another 6-7.     Some chrome females and 1 female  was in the 6 -7 lb range. Great fish.

Highlite was the huge sturgeon that  came out of the water  jaws movie style,    before i could bust him off. Looked like a   5-6 footer.

I did some driving today, just checking out potential fishing locations more than anything else.

Stopped in Richmond for about an hour (3-4pm range).  Managed one big buck to shore before it spat the hook, and missed one more about 10 minutes later.  That was it though - nothing for the other two guys fishing near me.

They're coming, though!

Richmond. Dead. Dead. Dead.

Saw a bunch rise at 3-3:30 when arriving and really close to shore, but no bites for myself or anyone else. Nothing after that with at least 12+ people fishing.

Fished Brownsville Bar today 2-5.  No hits.  About 12+ people fishing.  Didn't see anyone else land any.  Frasershore Park in South Burnaby was dead also.  Didn't see any fish.

Yesterday, snagged a large male pink by the hump and released him right away, had a hook shake off a few cast after that, and then landed a doe later in the day.
Today, landed male pink and a doe. All 3 fish hook were lower jaw which makes me wonder why I'm not getting the hooks on the top jaw.

It was upgraded from 16 to 24 million by the Pacific Salmon Commission on Tuesday.
