Im heading up there with a buddy this summer and haven't fished up there before needs some tips on where to go I spin cast and flyfish and little drifting too any info would be greatly appreciated

Give us a report on how you make out.I have a place twenty minutes from Pritchard.On Adams lake right where the river starts.Been so busy with renos have only fished the Adams in summer and a little casting from shore.When I get more time I look forward to exploring all the possibilities the area has to offer.I know at times the trout fishing in the Thompson can be very good.

okay im confused is the thompson a classified water? and which class is it Class 1 inland or class 2 Inland ?

Go down to page 35, read the Thompson River section. Note the only time (October 1st - December 31st) when you need to have a class II and steelhead stamps IF there is an opening.
