I should say the weather will be this Saturday July 14th as the Chilliwack Vedder River Cleanup Society holds their second cleanup for 2012.

This is cleanup #35 since we started 10 years ago and our volunteers have taken around 80 tonnes off the banks of both the Chilliwack and Vedder River.

There may be some chinooks around so worth a try at first light and then register at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve between 8:30 and 9:30 AM. we should be done by noon. No need to have breakfast as we will have plenty of goodies from Chilliwack Tim Hortons thanks to George Shaw.

We can store your rods while you a out doing the cleanup as well will have a cooler to put your fish in.

We hope for a good turnout so we can tackle the Foley and Bench Road area as well.
