Where do you get those at a reasonable price (below 100)? Do stores sell used waders?

My neighbor (12) got a pair of redington crosswaters from the wholsesale sports in kamloops. I think they retail around 120 or so, but hes got an old pair of herters boot waders he said he going to sell for 60. Ill ask him tonight if he is.
