I am actually in disbelief that the Province has submitted a rejection letter the National Energy Board.  That said, they have rejected the proposal as it currently stands.  If Kinder Morgan can meet the requirements set out by the Provincial Government, we might see this go ahead in our lifetime.  That said, I believe the NEB has the final say on project approvals.

Pretty well cost the ndp the election when their leader said he was opposed to it before he even saw the application, maybe he was correct.
