Anyone know of any fishing related freebies?

About 5 years ago, Berkley sent out free Gulp soft plastic baits in the mail by just entering your name and address on their website. It wasn't just 1 or 2 baits in the package, but it was a nice collection of various grubs, minnows, worms, eggs, etc.

Does anyone know of any current freebies out there?
