Chilliwack River September 27th, 2007: Fun day with the Chaps!!!

Just a quick one, Had a great day with C-pin and Englishman Mike on the flow..Fishing was pretty good and while I was the only one puffing, the stoogies tasted good too...
P.S. Lots of snaggers but here's what you do, station yourself down river and when they come down (which they do constantly) you just tell um, "I'll get it for you" and you pop it off if it's snagged!! Did that four times today and all the the catchers had no problem with it...
Also, when I got home I had a nice surprise with the meat...

Hey Paul,

I just want to say, "Wow. What a great day!" It was a pleasure (again) to fish with you.

Listen up out there ...... yes, I agree, there are some complete idiots on the flows. HOWEVER, you can have a great day with great company. So, ..... when there are idiots on the flow who seem to be "hooking up" every 2 minutes, stop and think; "Are they Hooking? Or, are they Snagging?" If it is the latter, ignore them, and concentrate on your own technique. Bring a friend who's etiquette and morals mirror yours.

It's a pink. The spots on the upper tail and the clipped adipose are a dead give away! ITS A PINK :o :o

My earlier post had a picture titled, "2 Jacks and a Ho". Is this the picture where people are thinking one of them is a Pink?

The top fish is a Coho. The bottom 2 fish are Jack Springs. No Pinks in that picture. XGolfman was beside me when I caught it, and said, "Nice Coho". I looked down, checked the species with my 30 years of River fishing experience, and said, "Yes it is. Thank You, Paul".
