Hi

can anyone tell me who i would contact to find out if any of the local park ponds have been stocked recently?

as well....just having begun to fish, any advice as to where would be a good place to go catch anything (catch and release) in the surrey, vancouver, lower mainland area?  What's happening in some of the little rivers like the serpentine out near white rock?  I would just like to get out and have a little fun and catch something, so any advice as to locations and lures would be appreciated.
