there seems to be a commercial opening in the fraser mouth today. is it going to effect fishing on vedder tomorrow and in the weekend?

How long does it take for a commercial opening in fraser to effect fishing in vedder in general?

Most likely will affect fishing on any river above the fishing area.  Targeting chum most likely so a lack of clean dogs in the lower reaches of systems.
