Title: Predator Ridge Fishing Spots
Post by: jettabambino on July 18, 2018, 11:26:01 AM
Going up to a wedding at predator ridge this weekend.  I don’t like hotels so I am thinking of waking up early and hitting up one of the lakes.  I will be casting from shore.  Anyone been or know where I could start?

Slim pickens closeby.  You can try the lakes and ponds in and around Predator Ridge on Commonage Road.

Another option, but about 30 mins away is Oyama lake.  It is at an elevation that might be a bit cooler.  I sense lower elevation, small lakes will be close to boiling point.

Another bet might be to head over to the Ellison area of Okanagan lake early and see if you cant get into something there.  Might be easier to shore fish on the big lakes that aren't surrounded by weeds.  Look for drop offs, creek mouths and concentrate there.
