I was just wondering if you guys had any good recipes for flounder fillets.

Pan Fry them in flour and add some cajun spice on top. When done sprinkle some lemon juice on top. DELICIOUS!

I like flounder and sole for fish and chips... Mostly flounder though as I have no soul  ::)
