There isn't really any special setup that I know of.  Fly on the end of the leader and go.  But take a good look at the fly beside the boat before you let it out very far.  You never let the fly out of the water, so if it is spinning AT ALL put on a different fly.  Jut a tip. 

What for? Trout? Salmon?

I like to go slow, zig-zag. Keeping my fly as close to the bottom as I can.

the setup doesnt really matter, but it depends if your trolling sinking or floating line. i find trolling slow with a dry is the most effective, and troll fast with a leeches on sinking line ;) is most effective ;) ;)

if your trolling leeches a technique ive tried is if you just stop let it sink and keep going and also if you give the leech a jig once in a while i found the fish go bonkers like that

Also, you don't say if you will be using a boat or tubing it. If you are  using a float tube, then the natural stop and go motion will add some nice movement to the fly. However, if you are using a boat I have found my best success is when I am using oars. Gives some nice movement, you can vary the speed, and less noise so you won't scare the fish.
