I play bantam AAA for the Burnaby Winter Club

We have a family Friend Kelly Sutherland which is a Referee for the NHL now, I also use to play street hockey with Jason La barbra who last year was the LA Kings backup goalie

Only been playing a couple years, mainly drop in.  Wish I could have started earlier.  I've been playing soccer and ski racing year round for the past 30 years and never got exposed to hockey.

Only played pickup hockey after I stopped speed skating with the national team. I could out skate anyone on the ice until I got the puck.

Thats what all the kids say because they are not good enough to play rep LOL. Played rep all the way from Atom up, always A. We didnt have the triple "A" in my day it was just A,B, and house.

no. there's no time to do anything. it's always hockey hockey hockey. i prefer to play hockey twice a week, and have some time to at least wet a line

It's true Bryan, the kids playing now a days in rep have no life outside of their hockey and its all politics surrounding whos on what teams.

Its no differnt from when I was a kid. I had no life outside of sports either when I was a kid. PLayed hockey 3-4 times per weeks and tons of tournaments. Also their was a TON of politics when I played as well. For example. My coach had his two twin sons playing on our team which sucked and should have been playing B or even house but since he was the coach his sons got to play A. Also we had to wear a tie to games and nice clothes.
