I noticed T and T Supermarket charges $7.99 per lb for live bullhead. Are they good to eat?
Anyone have a recipe? I will try it if anyone does. Thank you.

Any of the Chinese steamed fish recipes work well for sculpins and other ground fish. Dressed with sizzling hot peanut oil with chopped ginger and green onions tossed in just before pouring it over the fish, or a chili-soy sauce style Chinese dressing, served with rice. I'm always amazed at my neighbour's ability to pick the carcass clean with chopsticks while I "flounder" around with a fork.

Hi, thanks.
I get some real beauties. They are big and juicy looking but there these black veins or something that run throughout the flesh.
I will have to try it.
Thank you.

PS.... you "flounder" with a fork! Thats funny!
Just make sure you dont "fork" with a flounder. Its not polite. 😄

Take 4 Sculpin and clean them well.
Place them on a cedar plank and season with salt and pepper.
Place plank with fish over low heat on BBQ.
Cook until Sculpin is tender.
Throw Sculpin in garbage and eat the cedar plank. :o
