The entire Lower Mainland is full of druggies and losers who make a marginal living by ripping off the middle class.  When they turn the downtown eastside into another Yaletown the suburbs will have to absorb the junkies.

I plan on moving a lot farther away than Chilliwack.  Somewhere I can fish in peace :)

This is in chilliwack proper, it's pretty rough in some areas. Sardis is much better. As a few people mentioned, every city in the lower mainland has these types of issues.

Petty crime is in every city and Sardis is no different.The Valley is comparable to any area in the lower mainland and the people who travel these areas daily are in the know.Don't pretend crime lives somewhere else.There are no borders with crime and that's the only truth!

Best thing to do is move out of the lower mainland if you can, might be the best bet.
