Here's a recipe for kick A$$ salmon spread.
8 oz. room temp cream cheese
1/2 C sour cream
1 T lemon juice
1 T Dill
1/2 T horseradish
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
shredded smoked salmon to taste
mix, chill, spread, enjoy!
