Guys,
For lake fishing I've read the following from Rod:
"Please remember that for lake fishing, if you are fishing from shore, you are only allowed to use ONE rod. If you are fishing alone in a boat, then you are permited to use two rods."
What are the rules at rivers (especially the tidal Fraser) and at salt water beaches?
Thank you!

one rod in the Fraser. Don't know about the beaches

In tidal waters, there’s no limit to the number of fishing rods you can use. In rivers and streams, including the tidal waters of the Fraser River, there’s a limit of one rod per angler

same as from boat..as many rods as you like..only exception tidal fraser...only 1 rod allowed..we often use 2 rods when bottom fishing from ocean piers or shoreline to target different species or fish different areas of the sea bed (e.g. near vs far, rock vs.sand)

Can I lay a row of hundred rods along shore with one license?

That's how I would read it. Always found it a bit strange to permit literally unlimited rods per angler.

Well...yes..though if all 100 go off at once then you gonna have a problem ;D I personally wont use more than 2 unless I'm fishing with a buddy..too much multitasking lol

Its also illegal if you arent attending your rod right? So beyond 2 maybe 3 max from shore and you wont be able to watch them all?

use bells on rod tips
I picture a dozen big Springs on at the same time resulting in an almighty tangle with all the other rods/lines ..... I can hear it now ..............."the bells the bells"
