Great fly!  Yup, that will catch any Bull Trout I've met ;D

For the Chilliwack-Vedder I would choose a grey mid body color over the olive, and perhaps add a bit of orange near the head and tail to imitate coho parr.
Sadly, sculpins, which your fly well represents, seem to be missing in this system.
