I come from a long line (pun intended) of folk who made a living as fisherman in Nova Scotia. I spent a few years in plant work, hauled a ton or ten of lobster traps, went scallop dragging with my Dad as a lad and spent a summer working as a buyer in Uclulet when I moved out here. I still can't stand scallops but I can out eat anyone at the lobster buffet.

I worked for Canadian Fishing Company during my university days. Last thing I wanted for supper after a long day processing salmon was salmon. ;D

LOL- Halfway through lobster season, in school you couldn't trade a lobster sandwich for a peanut butter and jam.
