What does it mean when trade is pending?  Perhaps that the trade is waiting for everyone to vote on it? 
PS, I think that the Prucha/Bert trade is a good one for bith, that is why I offered it!  Prucha is one of the players I ddn't really want to let go, he is going to have a great year.  But I wanted to take the chance on Bert and see which Bert actually shows up!!

Their is 2 days before a trade goes through to allow owners to vote. If nobody votes the deal goes through. If more people vote to veto the trade than the trade gets vetoed. It is put in place to stop collusion.

It could also stop a trade that has the other teams worried about there chances.   But come on, I had to pull the trigger.  I ain't got much, figured I would take the chance on Bert!
