Title: Bamfield/Stamp River Report
Post by: Dragnet on September 23, 2004, 07:17:07 AM
Got back from Bamfield and the Stamp River on Tues nite.

The sound is still producing springs and coho however you have to put the time in and you'll get your fish.

The Stamp is loaded or should I say stacked with Springs fresh in everyday.

They are in great shape as the water level is high and they are not holding at the Paper Mill area.

Saw a few coho taken in the river but just too many springs in to even try and target just coho.

Caught a nice summer Steelie also.

The fishing is superb to say the least, get there and go for it.
