never used one but it looks like just another gimmick to catch fisherman.  BTW those are some sweet looking flies on your blog.  You got skills dude!  Depending on how long it takes you to tie one of them you should consider marketing them.  I'm not a fly guy but those look like they would just slay em.

Sounds like BS to me plus I find black flies twice asd annoying than mozzies so you are SOL there!
