Maybe the fencing is to keep this fish in when the valley floods this spring, i can see using the cement blocks to keep the water off the road but not sure about the fencing in that area.

fencing/baricades no parking alongside the road with out providing adequate parking will only restrict access to anglers , the Yahoos will just find another spot to set up their slum camps. Pay parking and camping at Alison I've heard ?

Anyone see the junk someone dropped off on the side of the road just a couple hundred meter up from the crossing bridge? ???

You mean the junk that some volunteers cleaned up from one of the abandoned camps. The volunteers were there again just before dark packing the junk into a truck for a trip to the dump..
