I have extra time on my hands, believe it or not.  The presence of ethics always catches on....  but remember the old proverb.  "in the land of the blind, the one eye man is kind, a two eyes man is a enemy to the Kind" 

The idea for novice, current users to be able to identify responsible source of guidance and proper ethics easily while on the river sure make a lot of sense.  People are followers, not all leaders.   Lead with good examples and be followed.

I offer my support and presence as required.  I'm not sure who all in.  Getting the manual is a good idea, but I noticed that it is a government site   hopefully, our great liberal leaders will see the sense and support.   Post a note, I will keep checking in.
