Title: Lakes or Sloughs for Yellow Perch?
Post by: finally retired on October 30, 2013, 01:30:56 PM
Hi guys,

Been searching the web for info on lakes or sloughs on catching yellow perch here in the Surrey, Langley, Abbottsford area. I know HOW to fish for them I just need some ideas on where to go. Not crazy about the ice-fishing aspect of it. I have a truck, no boat or float tube, but my legs can cover some land.

BTW, are there any fish in the sloughs around here?

Thanks guys and ladies for any info...I'm also a "just retired" Air Force guy....I finally have some free time after 21 years of service!!!!!

AFAIK there are no Yellow Perch local to you-St Mary Lake on Saltspring is the closest then there are a few lakes on the Island that have them.
