Title: <40's Hardy "Palakona" and reel..looking to valuate

So far.. the rod is a "C.C. de France 2/1 8'" I believe, still have to pick up the reel I will update as soon as I get the pics.. Any help is much appreciated..
This rod and reel are in "as new" condition btw..

Reel is a Hardy perfect 3 3/4 with 1 floating and 1 sinking line..rod serial #- E-86686

Pictures would really help  ;)  Depending on the condition of both rod and reel you could be looking at $750-$1000 or more, to the right buyer.
