Hey young gun...I have a 10lb box of shot and a bunch of cord (and I usually fish split shot now)...give me an email if your interestested in some of it.  I'm on the north shore which may be closer that reaction tackle for ya.

any tackle shop can have it next day for you. A local wholesaler (me) carries a complete line of products for making slinkies. Cord is offered from 2 different companies and tools and lead from one. All the items are in stock. Just call your local dealer and ask for them to get it in for you.

What everyone is saying....with a fast question: is the cord putup still 50 feet or so per size? and is the lead shot still 5 pounds per box? If so, wow, that's one mother-of-a-pile of slinky type weights !!!!! :D :D
