Bill your oh so wrong about the veins bulging out of my neck and it's not directed at anyone on here it's mearly me venting off some steam . I to have lost many anchors to snags but this was plain STUPIDTY. There was no rage i simply dropped him off and at the ramp and said call you later . He is currently tracking down materials to fab up a new one and im sure we both learned from his and my mistake. Rant over and out it's all in the past. Lets go get some CHINOOK !!!!!!

I'm sure the guy feels terrible.Maybe years from now when you're havin a brew with him,you can have a chuckle over that time he lost your anchor.Just don't let him forget it. ;D

im sure it was a nice anchour, but im sure there alot of other ones out there just as good.

Not sure why you woulkd be using a good river anchor in the lower river?

The danforth store bought anchors are great for the sandy bottom of the lower river.
Save your good river anchors for the upper river.

Tie the buoy on the end of the rope.
