Hejsa og velkommen Alto. :)
Two questions first:
1) What time of the year can you be here?
2) Which part of Vancouver Island (east coast, west coast)?

Nej, I don't speak Danish, but my girlfriend Nina does. ;D
Are you guys also purchasing the 3 week BC travel package from Sportsfiskeren? ;D
I am not as familiar with salmon fishing on Vancouver Island in September and October, but another member on the forum, IronNoggin, does. He operates a saltwater charter (http://members.shaw.ca/dreamweaversportsfishing/) in Port Alberni. He will be able to provide you more information when he sees this. Don't expect a reply until next week however, because they have a big chum salmon derby this weekend. ;D
If you decide to do some fishing around Vancouver as well, then I can provide you some information. Better yet, I'll be in Valby this December and I can bring you all the info you need if you show me some gedde. ;) :D

HiYa Alto,
Sorry it took so long for me to see this, been chasing fish in the chuck for the last couple of weeks, and no online time as a consequence.
If you sent me an Email, it likely got gobbled up by my auto-delete program (anything not viewed in x number of days automatically gets trashed - keeps the backlog to a minimum, but I do miss the odd important one as a consequence).
Anyway, shoot me an Email to mattstabler@shaw.ca and I'd be happy to address your queries. Fall can and is a rather interesting time to be chasing fish on the REAL West Coast, and I'd be pleased to provide a few pointers for you...
Cheers,
Nog
