how deep is the water going over to peg leg? ??? ??? . I will be off work next few days ,how has the fishing been ? never been to peg leg , do you have to cast very far out ?

Drove a minivan out the other day no problem, to first bar, but a long cast would be recommended for a good shot at fish(get past other lines).
Fishing has been fair

thanks fish god. how far is the first bar from the second bar? is there a nother channel to cross to get to the next  bar ? would the water be deeper at the next channel ? which bar is better ?

the water at peg leg is not deep to cross it is about knee deep at the most and for a spot to fish find an opening and experiment with long and short casts to find the fish.
