REDUCED. 2008 Fleetwood Yuma, 10' tent trailer in excellent condition throughout. Bought only last March,but due to unforeseen circumstances, my family and I are not able to use as we originally intended. Always stored away dry,and kept in a portable car garage to keep out of rain.
Bearings repacked in June, new seal/weathersrtipping done on roof in April,properly winterized. Replaced water pump, and faucet for shower,and Zinc anode for HW Tank.New front jack. Appliances are HW, Furnace,3 way fridge,sink, removable stove(i never cooked inside,nor did original owner),and outdoor shower. Has awning,and dining table can be used outside.
I have all manuals for everything in the trailer. Unfortunately, I must sell this. Sleeps 6(4 adults,2 kids)
Can take pics when we get a couple nice days.....I can email a picture from the lake at our only family getaway with it last summer.
Was Asking $6500... NOW $6000,open to offers. Must sell and motivated to sell!!!!
