switch rod, line and running line
« on: June 23, 2015, 12:37:02 PM »

Decided to put up my brand new switch rod for sale. Reason for selling is I've decided to go back to a single hander for salmon because it allows me less space and still able to cast/fish. This will help fund that purchase

TFO Deer Creek 7110 switch rod - brand new only test cast with lines. (Retail on this rod is $389.95 US) comes with original tube and sock

475 Skagit Max shooting head - brand new and only been used to test with rod, I also still have the original box/spool if you'd like it. (Retail is $55)

SA floating .031 (20lb) running line - brand new and still in the box (retail sticker says 32.99 which I think was on sale actually)

Asking price $300 firm for the package - this saves you over $200 easily once you factor in taxes

All you need is an existing reel or buy one and your all set !!

Thank you for looking

I'll get some pics up tomorrow when I have some more time and there isn't a baby sleeping in the room where the fly lines are LoL

Here are some pics of everything. This would be a great rod for pinks and smaller salmon or summer run steelhead on small/medium sized flows (these were the main reasons I bought it)

Rod :-

you can clearly see this rod is new by the clean grip and absolutely no scuffing on the male end of the ferrules. It also has their older cork not the new stuff everyone seems to dislike

Rio Skagit Max shooting head - I put it back on the spool and into its original box

Scientific Anglers .031 floating running line - brand new never opened
