Hey guys,
I was fihsing the North arm of the Fraser along River Rd. with a couple of buddies yesterday (13th). We didn't catch anything, nor did the couple who came down and fished beside us. When we left, we could not find the bright yellow "dry bag" duffle bag that my buddies carries pretty much ALL his tackle in. We don't want to jump to conclusions and say the couple jacked it and ran off with it since the tide did come up a lot in the time we were there, and we thought we left it up high enough. Regardless of what actually happened to it, we can't find it, and were wondering if anyone saw it floating around the Fraser, or if someone picked it up thinking it had been lost. It had a lot of pretty important stuff in it, a few reels, a bunch of fly boxes and some other stuff.
Many thanks if anyone knows anything about it.

Where the other people driving a van? I had one guy go up to the back of my car when I was casting. It looked for a moment that he was actually going to take my tackle boxes sitting there. His reaction to me going over to shut the door told me he was up to something. :-\

I can feel your pain as the same happened to me this week :'(

The gall of some people. Buy yourself a vest. This way your tackle is with you at all times.

I do have a vest. The box contained all fresh water tackle for bass and trout, that I use mostly on vacations. All my salmon gear is with me ;)
