Title: BBQ trout
Post by: BladeKid on May 24, 2007, 11:19:00 AM
As you may know I was up at Fawn last week and I decided to keep two for eating ...I was wondering if anyone has any recipes or just knows how to cook them on the BBQ.  Thanks!

they have a muddy taste to them so if you have a smoker it might be of better use

Get a brush and coat the fish in a bit of olive oil. Add some garlic and other seasoning you enjoy. Wrap it up and cook about 6 mins a side on the BBQ. Cook some veggies or add a salad and voila you have a very good meal. After writing this I think I will take some out of my freezer for dinner tomorrow.
