Title: Seabird bar

If you are fishing at seabird ,is that an island directly across ? Is there any road access to the island ? The last time I was there , a red pick-up truck was unloading a boat into the water and this boat was on a trailer . How do I get across / ??? ??? ???

This area is now closed for salmon fishing, not sure by your post if you were planning to be fishing it now.

I was wandering how to get across , next year when sockeyes are open I can cross over and fish the other side .

Seabird is crossable at the end of july. By August it is bone dry.

I think he meant the opposite side of Seabird accessed from Peter's Road off the Freeway. I was told by an acquaintance of mine that a big black bear was seen on the other side numerous times this summer. Make sure you bring your bear spray if you are planning to fish there next summer. ;D

I know what you mean there is a little hut or something on the other side too with an entire BAR to yourself, i would kill to get over there.

if a truck and trailer can get across ,it should be fairly easy to get there unless it is a privet road .

Isn't that FN reserve land? Can we fish from thre? But then Seabird is also in native land, isn't it?  ???

I have never seen anyone fishing the other side of the river at Seabird.  There has to be a reason for that wouldn't you think? ;)

 Native land,and yes that big black was around from above jones all the way west for a few miles.People cannot learn to throw the fish guts well out in the river.He just found a good source of protein. ;D :D
