Better yet, grab the floater, cut it into strips and stick the strips in a ziplock bag in an old drink cooler (one you will never want to use again for anything else) for 3 days in this heat.  This "stink bait" will get you hooked up.

+1 on stinnk bait hooked and landed alot of sturgeon last year.

floaters of all kinds, but my guess would be fresh pink right now.
they are sick of sockeye, they would like a change.

I have been sitting quietly on a hole, having steady success, when I see a charter boat hurriedly pull anchor and race out to net a floater. Must be good bait. The stinkier, the better, I guess. What some guys won't do for a tip...I mean fish.
