Title: Inline hooks - trout size
Post by: Tylsie on November 10, 2023, 11:39:33 AM
Is there a local store, say between Kamloops and Vancouver as I travel that route often, that stocks inline hooks in size 2 or 4? I have a few plugs, crankbaits, and flat fish that all have treble hooks and I want to change them out to singles but cant find a local source that sells anything smaller than 2/0.

There is a few on Amazon but I am unsure the quality of random hooks.

Open eye siwash in those sizes? I would say Cabelas as I believe I have bought most of mine there but they only have Gammies in sizes 1 and 6, according to the website.

Try calling Fred’s Custom Tackle in Abbotsford. About 5 min off the highway at Sumas.

any tackle shop can get Gamakatsu single siwash hooks down to size 10 in the small packs. Local distributors stock them for easy access.
