Try this one.  4tbls butter 2tbls honey 2tbls brown sugar and crushed garlic(fresh). mix together and pour over your fillets. Taste great on all salmon.

Then bake it?  sounds great!

Fillet, then cut the fillets into (half inch) cubes.
Put cubes in a pot and add:
1 liter of water
2 tbs of pickling salt
1 tbs of vinegar
3 oz of allspice
then boil for 5 minutes

I would usually just put olive oil ,lemon juice,and butter in a bowl make sure the buter is melted then mix and pour on top of the fish and the put a cover of sesoning salt on top and cook and it melts in your mouth. I would use that recipe on coho to. :)
