hello and happy new year!
any one looking for a steelheading companion this saturday on the veddr? I would like to do a little fishing and hopefully exchange some info and learn. Im not a beginner but no expert either! ;)

I don't see why we wouldn't take rhyno out to a few of our spots...:)
That said, I have to think about his initiation... ;D

Where are you located, rhyno?
Would you like to commute?

One thing you need to know, Rick and I are full day anglers, none of that "I have to be home early" chit.  ;)

Unfortunately, my wife is working both days this weekend, so it looks like I wont be getting out at all.

You'll get to go fishing on days your wife is working; on days she's off she'll want you to hang out with her.

Yes, I have 3 of them, and while my eldest daughter (11) has come steelheading with me in the spring, winter fishing with her and the younger two (1o and 6) is a bit much to ask at this point. Even while growing up, although 2 of my 3 siblings caught the fly fishing bug, it was rare indeed for either of them to come with my father and I steelheading in the winter months. You can always hope though.
