Hey flyguy44 , are you going to share some of those flies with me . I see you can tie some pretty good ones on! :P . I need to put in an order for some ;D

Intruders eh? Those look like fun to tie! :-\
In what colours would you tie 'em?
Some guy mentioned 'Squamish Poachers', any comments?
Thanks

Orange seams to be the popular colour in my fly box for Intruders. But the sky is the limit, use all your favorite steelhead colours, and like Troy B said don't be affraid to make them big. I've got some that are about 4-5 inches long and I've seen them up to 6-7 inches. If you've got the extra bucks, Rhea make awesome Intruders, but most of mine are made with Ostrich Plumes.

I have always had good success with: Egg sucking leaches in either black or maroon, Popsicles in different colour combinations for different water clarity and don't be afraid to go big. Most of the flies I tie start at 1/0 and up.

I forgot to add mine! Well... this will be my first season of wet coast steelheading, being a recent transplant from N. Ontario. I know i will never leave home without globugs, ranging in colours and in size. They have saved the day many a time back home... and so far this year, they have proved their worth for the ocean-going frigates you folks have out here!!! :D
