We are giving away ten tickets to the show this year! To be in the draw, you can either send an email to info@fishingwithrod.com with the subject "BC Boat & Sportsmen's Show ticket" or tag yourself in this Facebook photo! Draw will take place at 6:00pm on March 1st.

Won't miss out on some of the deals this year!  Any of the shops giving heads up on the deals yet??  I want to get some fly lines and accessories.

I got an email from STS Guiding Service saying that I won one of their 5 VIP tickets...

not sure what a VIP ticket gets you, maybe i'll be able to tell once i receive it.

I too am in the market for a fly line or 2 as well as possibly a new reel. Would it be worth it to wait til next weekend to get on some of these "deals"?

I am also gettin a new fly reel and floating line, am probly getting it at the sportsman show, hear they have lots of selection, and with the deals you can get a much better reel for how much you wanna spend. Also i get to make a day of it and fish the vedder  ;D

Between a few Lower Mainland stores that are attending, you should be able to find what you need.

it's also a good opportunity for you to ask manufacturers questions about products that you are interested in.
